Experience the transformative power of mindfulness in our Monthly Mindfulness Meditation Series, an ongoing free event designed to cultivate mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall wellness. Each month offers a unique theme, guided sessions, and group discussions to deepen your mindfulness practice.
The June edition focuses on “Mindfulness in Everyday Life,” helping participants integrate mindfulness techniques beyond formal meditation into daily routines, relationships, and challenges.
The event opens at 6:30 PM with a brief introduction to mindfulness principles by an experienced meditation teacher, highlighting the scientific benefits and practical applications. The session emphasizes the role of mindfulness in reducing stress, improving concentration, and enhancing emotional regulation.
At 7:00 PM, participants engage in a 45-minute guided meditation, incorporating breath awareness, body scanning, and open monitoring practices. The instructor provides clear, accessible guidance suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
Following the meditation, a 30-minute group reflection and discussion allow participants to share experiences, challenges, and insights related to integrating mindfulness into everyday activities such as work, parenting, and social interactions.
